FLCA Loans

Since 2001 Delta A.C.A. has had Land Bank status and has been able to make Farm Real Estate loans, Recreational Land loans, Timberland loans and other agricultural land loans under the name of Delta Federal Land Credit Association or Delta FLCA.

Take advantage of our Funds Held Account, where you can pay ahead and earn interest at a rate 3% below your loan rate. Ask your loan officer for details.

Adjustable Rate Loans

Delta FLCA can provide up to a 30 year length on your loan needs with an Adjustable Rate Mortgage of 1, 3, 5, 7 or 10 years. What this means is that you will have a fixed rate for a period of time during the loan and then it will change to whatever the rate is at that time.

Fixed Rate Loans

To take advantage of the low rates, Delta FLCA can lock in your rate for the life of the loan. Rates available are 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 years. You choose the best option for you.

After you've had your loan 1 full year, if the interest rate drops we will lower your rate for you at your request. Currently there is no fee for this service, but is subject to change without notice. Ask your loan officer for details of this service.
