Delta Agricultural Credit Association and its subsidiaries, Delta Federal Land Credit Association and Delta Production Credit Association are lending institutions of the Farm Credit System. We are a member-owned cooperative providing credit and credit-related services to, or for the benefit of, eligible members for qualified agricultural purposes in the counties of Ashley, Chicot, Desha, Drew and part of Lincoln in the state of Arkansas.
We borrow from AgriBank and provide financing and related services to our members. Our ACA holds all the stock of the FLCA and PCA subsidiaries. The FLCA makes secured long-term agricultural real estate and rural home mortgage loans. The PCA makes short-term & intermediate-term loans.
We offer credit life insurance for borrowers & those eligible to borrow.
Delta ACA Farm Credit is a member owned cooperative that has been serving the farmers & ranchers of southeast Arkansas since 1933 as part of the Farm Credit System. Delta serves the counties of Ashley, Chicot, Drew, all of Desha south of the Arkansas River, and the lower portion of Lincoln.
Effective April 1, 2001, FCA chartered a new Federal Land Bank Association that consolidated with Delta Production Credit Association to form Delta Agricultural Credit Association. Delta ACA then restructured into PCA and FLCA subsidiaries. The associations are subject to Conditions of Approval that are also effective April 1, 2001. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.
